Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

A signature from the copyright owner or their representative;
Identification of the copyrighted material being infringed;
Details of the infringing material and a way for us to locate it;
Contact information for the complaining party;
A statement asserting unauthorized use of the material;
An affirmation of the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims made under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If a material takedown notice is received due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to request restoration of the material. The counter notification must include:

Your signature;
Description and original location of the removed material;
A statement asserting a belief of mistaken removal;
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We enforce a strict policy against copyright infringement and identify repeat offenders under the DMCA. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
