Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to the Site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same towards our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent to report any infringements. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions from infringement claims. To submit an infringement claim, you must provide specific information as outlined below:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material being infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material and a way for us to locate it;
  4. Contact information for the complaining party;
  5. A statement asserting unauthorized use of the material;
  6. An affirmation of the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims made under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Submit all takedown notices through our Contact page preferably via email for quicker processing.

When submitting a claim, understand that we may disclose your information to the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If a material takedown notice is received due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to request restoration of the material. The counter notification must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description and original location of the removed material;
  3. A statement asserting a belief of mistaken removal;
